Jeff started this practice in a small office with his now wife, then girlfriend, Gabrielle, assisting as the law firm grew. Jeff graduated from UT Austin with Honors and received his law degree from Saint Mary’s Law School with Summa Cum Laude honors. Early in his career, Jeff served as a personal aide to Congressman Lamar Smith, worked with State Senator Cindy Krier, and participated in the presidential campaign of Vice President George H.W. Bush.
After law school, Jeff joined the prestigious U.S. Department of Justice Honors Program. He later practiced at Thornton, Summers, Biechlin, Dunham & Brown before co-founding Osherow and Davis, PC. In 1996, he launched Davis Law Firm, which has offices in Texas and Illinois and is currently expanding to other states.
Beyond his legal work, Jeff believes in giving back to the communities where he practices law. He actively supports numerous philanthropic organizations, including but not limited to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, Mothers Against Drunk Drivers, food banks, Jewish Family and Children’s Service, Boysville, Big Brothers Big Sisters, Guardian House, and Christie’s Hope.
In 1997, Jeff wed Gabrielle, and they have three daughters.

John is a 1994 magna cum laude graduate of Northern Illinois University College of Law. For his entire legal career, John has represented parties in personal injury, workers’ compensation, and civil litigation cases. As a lawyer, John has recovered more than $35,000,000 for injured clients and has successfully handled more than 1,000 claims with a track record of success.
John has won appellate decisions before the Illinois Appellate Courts in the First and Second Districts of Illinois. He is authorized to practice before all Illinois State Courts, the Northern Illinois Federal District Court, and the Illinois Worker’s Compensation Commission. John has been a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association, and the American Bar Association. The court venues most served by John have been Cook County and its collar county area. John has been named as a National Trial Lawyers Top 100.
